Samantha Ruth Prabhu is back on the big screens after a hiatus of almost three years. The actress has made her comeback with Maa Inti Bangaaram, which was released on June 19, 2026. As the family-cum-action drama hit the screens, moviegoers have been taking to social media to share their reviews of the Nandini Reddy-directorial.

Sharing thier review of the film, one early moviegoer wrote, “MaaIntiBangaaram Familiar Story, Boring Execution! A familiar and predictable story narrated in a very flat manner from start to finish. While the second half picks up compared to the first, the ineffective backstory, weak villain thread, and lack of engaging moments make it difficult to stay invested. Emotions rarely land, and the film struggles to generate any real momentum throughout.”
The user added, “Samantha is neat in her role and a few subtle comedy moments work here and there. However, the subpar BGM and uninspired narration prevent the film from leaving much of an impact.”

GulshanDevaiah delievers solid impact, while RajNidimoru’s writing occasionally feels slow and web-series-like. NandiniReddy does justice to the material and presents it effectively.”
