Dulquer Salmaan’s much-awaited action thriller I Am Game has been postponed from its previously announced release date of August 20, 2026. The film will now hit theatres worldwide on September 3, 2026. The makers announced the revised date through Dulquer’s official social media account, assuring fans that the delay comes with a bigger vision for the highly anticipated project. Sharing the update, Dulquer acknowledged the excitement surrounding the film and revealed that the team is aiming for a larger theatrical experience. With the new date, I Am Game is being positioned for a wider release across multiple markets, allowing audiences to experience the action thriller on a bigger scale.
The film will release simultaneously in five languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada. Directed by Nahas Hidayath, I Am Game marks Dulquer Salmaan’s return to Malayalam cinema. The project has been mounted on an ambitious scale and reportedly involved an extensive production schedule.
